Terms & Conditions

• All students need to be 18 years or over prior to the commencement of the course they have selected.

• Course placement is only confirmed once payment has been received. The full cost of the course needs
to be paid at least 10 days prior to the course selected.

• If the student advises Base Sound in writing that they cannot attend the course on the agreed date
at least 30 days prior to commencement they will be entitled to a total refund.

• In the unlikely event of Base Sound cancelling your course, you will be offered a full refund for the day or days
that the training was unable to take place or an alternative re-scheduled date will be offered. Base Sound will
not be liable for any travel or accommodation costs.
